Project objective
To guaranty the speed and security of visa
applications coming from all immigration branch offices with
immigration
head quarter in Libya through the web
Introduction:
The system is made by using very advanced technology to
connect the data base server with web
server on the internet using fire wall
to secure the process of visa application.
Application process: It is combined of the
following steps:
1-requist
of visa from branch offices to the central data base
2-Checking of application
data for errors before sending for approval
3-Rejection or approval of application through a web
page online
4-Sending of approval list from the central office
attached with a scan copy hand writing approval to be seen by the
immigration branch office
5-Registring of special requests by the councilor office
before sending to the branch office
6-Issuing visa from the branch office from forwarded
online list from central office
7-Transfering a copy of
the issued visa list to country entry points
